How do I order?

What if I need to cancel an order?
We realize life happens and sometimes you may need to cancel. If there are circumstances that an order needs to be canceled, you will have two options. One, we can apply your order amount in full to another future order. Based on our availability, we will work with you to reschedule an order. Two, if you need a refund, a fee of 10% of your total order cost will be required to cancel an order.
Do you ship?
Yes! Shipping and delivery charges will be calculated and invoiced separately based on individual orders.
When do I pay? And how do I pay for my order?
All orders must be paid in advance when the order is finalized. An invoice will be sent upon request. You can pay through any of the following platforms:

What if the image or design I want is trademarked?
Some designs (i.e., characters and sports logos) are trademarked and cannot be copied. You may provide examples of designs for our inspiration; however, all our designs will be unique.
How far in advance do I need to order?
We ask for a minimum of 7 days’ notice. Regarding holidays or town events like ballgames, tournaments, etc. we will book up earlier than 7 days. Please order as far in advance as you can.
